01Client Requirement & Site Context

A contemporary duplex residence in Yelahanka required an internal feature staircase that opened up floor space and allowed natural light from skylights to reach the ground floor.

10mm laser-cut MS tread support cantilevers

03Engineering & Workshop Fabrication Solution

Engineered a central mono-stringer beam anchored between ground slab and first-floor landing beam. Concealed internal wiring raceways within the hollow stringer for warm LED step lighting.

04On-Site Rigging, Installation & Handover

Fabricated in two primary transportable sections, crane-lifted through upper terrace, and joined on-site with full-penetration butt welds inspected with ultrasonic testing.
